We’ll come to you for a walk-through of your property. It’s a chance for us to meet one another, discuss your vision, give you ideas, and answer any questions you may have. This consultation is always no obligation and free of charge.

Design Phase & estimate Work-up

Here we create a one-of-a-kind, 3D rendering of your project. We work collaboratively with you to come up with a custom design tailored to your wants and needs. Your Project Proposal & Estimate are customized, too. We bid out your custom design and itemize each aspect for you so you’re totally clear on the cost before we ever break ground.

Construction phase

Once you’re happy with your new pool design, spa design, or pool remodel design, we walk you through the necessary paperwork and schedule your project to move forward into the construction phase. During construction, you can expect to communicate about your project with our construction manager from start to finish. Your pool construction starts with a full layout, then moves to excavation and/or demolition, construction or remodeling of the concrete shell, tile and coping installation, deck and/or additional feature installation, and then application of your pool’s interior finish to complete your project.

“Pool School” Meeting

Once construction is complete, we’ll schedule a final walk-through, where we’ll teach you all you need to know about operating, cleaning, and maintaining your pool. You’ll be able to get hands-on experience and ask us questions, so you’re all set to start using your pool right away.
